Pace dictates success

Deadlines create urgency. Working at a fast pace creates better focus.

But excess speed is the leading cause of error, accidents, unnecessary stress, anger, and ultimately a shitty product.

Conversely, working at a snail’s pace can also have the same adverse effects. The perpetual feeling of being “undone” is haunting.

Proper productivity is therefore situational, a mastery of shifting gears based on existing priorities. Sometimes the best answers arise when we’re not working at all; good ideas brew over time, not overnight

Ideation + Experimentation = Learning

However, it’s vital to ride the excitement of our ideas as soon as they emerge.

Good things utlimately take time. Innovation never ends, improvement infinite.
