Food that cooks slowly but gets delivered quickly can be defined as slow fast food.
Slow cooking is supposed to make the food taste better, like Thanksgiving dinner. But rarely does it hit the spot.
Fast food is still fast food, filling and unhealthy.
Social media is equally slow cooked, instantly delivered and consumed. It too fills you up and makes you fat of unnecessary information in a short period of time.
But if you take your time and are more selective with your eating and tweeting process it becomes healthier and more enjoyable.
Don’t swallow the newsfeed. Take your time and be selective about the content you consume.
