Outsource Your Memory, With an App

The app connects the dots between photos saved on your camera roll from a big party and the event on your calendar, so that when you search for “Katie’s Wedding,” it should be able to find the correlating photographs, even though you didn’t store them or tag them that way.

I always thought Timehop was on to something in its aggregation of social data to tell you where you were in life this time last year and years prior based off your Facebook posts and Tweets.

But the Memoir app seems to be taking it a step further, collecting non-public photos too and connecting that info seamlessly with other friends' info to fill in the blanks.

If Evernote is our second brain for organizing our thoughts, then Memoir may be our second brain for saving our memories.
