Sets of Threes

  • Write down 3 positive things at the end of each day
  • Outline your 3 core strategies
  • Do 3 sets of push-ups

It’s always a set of threes. One is insufficient. Two is not enough. Three is tedious. But if you want to see a return, you’ve got do it at least three times.

We think in threes.
