The Attention Notebook

Everybody needs something to hold on to when the going gets rough, when things gets chaotic, when shit hits the fan, when we lose focus, and when the only priority is to reprioritize.

It doesn’t have to be a notebook. It can be a rock, a necklace, a higher God(s), or some other miscellaneous item that you carry with you.

What matters is that whatever object it is, it keeps you safe, protects you from anxiety and helps you live in the present.

Don’t expect a full panacea though. It’s still ok and in fact beneficial to worry.
