Bias Frequency

You only like what you know.

You only listen to the people that confirm your bias. You unfollow people on Twitter when you disagree with them.

You only do things you’re good at.

You only use your skills and outsource your weaknesses to someone else. So the accountant avoids design and the product manager avoids numbers, etc.

You only reject change when you’re comfortable.

You only accept change when you have to. Otherwise, visiting the doctor or getting a cavity filled would never happen.

What’s the point of standing still when there’s already so much to learn from your own bias?
