How To Get Out of Your Head

There’s two selves: the mind and the body. The brain typically tells the body what to do — when to be excited or to be scared and run away.

However, when you quiet the mind, the body speaks for itself and does what it intends to. The body has a conscience.

How Do We Unthink?

When you let go of rational judgment, the body loosens up and becomes the author of its decisions. Relaxation leads to effortless doing.

Do whatever it takes to get out of your head. Here are some examples of brainless activities:

  • Running
  • Meditation
  • Listening to music
  • Journalling

You do not think when doing these exercises. You just learn to execute, to live in the moment.

Quiet the mind so the soul can speak.
