Finding a needle in a haystack

Data and noise create a picture of chaos. It’s easier to view the world in black and white to avoid complex interpretation.

But the only way to find a needle in a haystack is to look at the bits as part of the whole picture. Start from the outside in.

When you look sideways at disorderly facts, the mess suddenly becomes clearer. Clarity lives in the edges, not at the core.

The obvious choice starts with the whole and then pokes right through the middle.
