“Scientists have discovered a revolutionary new treatment that makes you live longer. It enhances your memory, makes you more attractive. It keeps you slim and lowers food cravings. It protects you from cancer and dementia. It wards off colds and flu. It lowers your risk of heart attacks and stroke, not to mention diabetes. You’ll even feel happier, less depressed, and less anxious. Are you interested?”

That revolutionary new treatment is sleep. Even jellyfish get sluggish when they don’t get enough.

  1. Having just woken up from a nap, this hits the spot. I am counting on it to enhance me memory, make me attractive slimmer, lower my food cravings and make me happier and healthier. Plus, I like the GIF at the top of your post 🙂

  2. As simple as it may seem, sleep is often overlooked as a remedy for much of what ales us all. Thank you for this gentle reminder that we need to take care of ourselves!

  3. I focused so much on making sleep a priority in my life. Up until a few months ago when I had a baby. Having a newborn leaves your totally sleep deprived and MAN can I feel the effects. I’m struggling big time and wish I could find a way to sleep well with a baby but it just isn’t happening! 🙁
