Life & Philosophy Productivity & Work

Don’t Skip Any Steps

No one wants to read the book.

No one wants to read the manual.

No one wants to read the entire email.

Everyone wants the cheat sheet, the summary, or the cliff notes.

Everyone wants the answer now but no one wants to do the work.

Shortcuts answer the how and the why but they fall short in reproducing the experience. Context has to be lived.

Slow down and spend some time with it. Get your hands dirty. It’ll make a lot more sense.
