Everyone has their own artistic vision of what they want to do.

Bosses can’t explain what they want but they know when something looks good or bad.

The sales people get what they get when it comes to product and marketing support.

The concept and product team is already thinking about next year.

The PR team is all high fives!

Yet, the marketers have to synthesize the creative differences and mold together a cohesive story. Their objective is to keep things “on brand” and paint the show.

But if there’s one thing that everyone agrees on, at least in fashion, is that the model never smiles.
