Manufacturing Creativity

Everyone is a creator. Everyone is a marketer. Everyone is a writer, painter, photographer, and a musician. We’re all making everything and turning it into a mass of nothing.

We’re all a conformist culture of so-called artists but no one really stands out. Those who do get famous get all the attention and make all the money, leaving little room for the prospects.

Abundance is sucking the meaning out of art. Those who are destined to make it get the lost in the morass of user generated content.

We should be thinking bigger than the next like or follow. We should be thinking how all of this is really going to change the world and then do the impossible.

We should be building fantasies and getting laughed at. Praise is something earned in the long-term. Our dreams are calling us to work backward.
