Own Up

Put your name on it.  Stamp it with permanency.  Whatever it is, take full responsibility for your actions.  Celebrate the wins, blame yourself during the losses, and admit to your mistakes. 

The inner-dialogue that excuses self-criticism and puts the burden on others is irresponsible.  If you don’t hold yourself accountable, who will?
