Personal Review

  • What do they look like?
  • What do they do for a living?
  • What have they done in the past?
  • What topics do they like to share on Twitter?

There’s no excuse to be completely ignorant about anybody. Most people have public profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter accounts. There’s always Google image search too. You can even get a good sense of where someone lives by scoping out their Instagram.

Doing social media diligence on people is assumed. If you already follow someone, you may already know a thing or two about them without even wanting too. This is called ambient awareness.

Searching profiles is not stalking unless of course you have some sick ulterior motives. It’s also far less invasive than Facebook’s psychology experiments on its users.

You might even want to check your own feeds to remind yourself who you are and where you want to go in life. Is your life too scripted/edited?

Reflection is eternal.
