Planning x Impulse

Planning x ImpulseSet the stage,

Tease the product before it launches,

Produce a vicarious experience of ownership,

Let the customer plan its acquisition,

And then when it hits stores,

Astonish the planners again with new images, suasion, and a link.

The customer engages in two periods: a planned stage and an impulse stage.

The marketer’s job is to drive anticipation throughout, from awareness to conversion.
