Repetition that endures

Write a page a day. A month later, you’ll have an eBook single. Or wait a year and release a full fledged book.

Walk more, stand up, run less. It turns out that constant small movement burns the same number of calories as rapid, timed workouts.

All you need in anything is more consistently. That’s doing one small thing that keeps you active without burning out or getting bored.

Don’t be afraid to change up routines if it’s one way to trick your mind or body into persistence. Too many benefits come from daily practice.
