So fresh and so clean

Creativity works backward. First, it creates a messy desk. Then, clutter creates a crowded mind. A crowded mind creates chaos and stuckness. Cleaning up is the process of keeping only what’s necessary.

But if you want to to keep a clean desk and calmer mind more regularly, you need a system that helps you hit the restart button every day.

For some people, meditation an exercise help raise consciousness. The more conscious you are of vices, the less likely you are to repeat them and the more confident you’ll be in pursuing more positive action like keeping your desk and mind fresh.

It really doesn’t matter what habits you practice as long as it consistently works. Once you hit a dead end, it’s probably time to change.
