Happiness is attainable. You can choose to resist struggle or embrace risk. You can choose to know or remain ignorant. You can choose to find love or love yourself.

You can choose to be certain or accept skepticism. You can enjoy the moment or regret the past. You can fight vices or develop good habits.

You can choose a detailed path or wander with intent and see what you come up with. You can also half-ass it or do your best.

Happiness is elastic, in celebrations and in the tough patches. Just pick the thing that makes you least unhappy. Happiness is the chase for its very idea.
