What do we do with our leisure time: what truly makes us happy or what’s easy?

The answer is that we are drawn—powerfully, magnetically—to those things that are easy, convenient, and habitual, and it is incredibly difficult to overcome this inertia.

At the end of the day, doing the easy will make you unhappier. All it takes is one small action to beget a positive, more fulfilling activity.

Being ultra comfortable is for the lazy. Playing or creating is more fun and more satisfying. Make your move.
