What’s your IPM (Ideas Per Minute)?

When it comes to new ideas, what’s your output per minute?

We all can think of the friend who can spit ideas rapid-fire. They don’t care how good or ridiculous their brain farts are.

Not me. It’s hard to come up with new ideas without doing any thinking, reading, and listening first. Prepare with what you know.

Good ideas start with a list of bad ideas. To put it another way, there’s no good ideas without bad ideas.

Idea generation is quid pro quo. The more you ideas you can create the more you have to play with, omit, or blend together.

It’s a good idea to have bad ideas first. Plant all the seeds and see what grows.
