Without a Face

People pursue 📱 distraction in public spaces, particularly elevators, in order to avoid the awkwardness of silence. They may even be emailing the person they’re standing next to.

At the same time, people pursue graffiti “to say they exist.” yet they don’t want to be held accountable for their work.

We want to be heard and seen without the responsibility of speaking up or even showing up.
