Yoga poses to relieve back pain and text neck

In this video, yoga teacher Deborah Yolk shows you some of the techniques that will help alleviate some of the back pain caused by sitting in a chair all day. She also shares some activities you can do repair your text neck and your thumbs from twiddling on your phone.
