“You can make anything by writing.” – C.S. Lewis

Twenty-three years from now I’ll still be writing. I’ll still be taking photos. I’ll be taking a shitload of videos. And yet I’ll still never be considered a writer, a photographer, nor a filmmaker. It’s not my intention to be labelled an artist.

My hope twenty-three years from now is that I’m still curious because of these fantastic tools (Internet, SmartPhone, pen and paper), which make it a wonderful experience to capture my surroundings and share my interpretation with the world.

Creativity is a drug. It’s not necessarily the pursuit of mastery that inspires me but rather the process of paying attention. Writing a blog post or posting on Instagram is to say “I am still here” and this is what I see. If all else goes to hell, at least you and I will still enjoy the freedom of expression. It costs nothing to share something you’re passionate about but it costs everything to sit there and do nothing. Contribute.
