The plasticity of negative types

The negative patterns punch with more frequency — how else do they supersede positive thoughts?

The gloomy preset spells doom for mental states. Even worse, the emotional wires get tripped up in knots of ruthless avoidance; only if we could think ourselves better to project and attract the magnet of our desires.

People inherit the optimism or pessimism of their DNA. The solution for those miserable requires a shift from statements to asking questions.

Rarely does one’s mind become mutable without some compassionate honesty about the person they’d like to be. Never doubt the remarkable plasticity of the brain where neurons reformat parts of the synapse.

The good news is those good intentions can bring about long-term performance change. The prescription for care can nurture our inherited nature. The intricate interaction between the two becomes an integral part of our being.
